Política de Trocas e Devoluções – Studio Toymaker

1. Condições para Trocas e Devoluções
O Studio Toymaker trabalha com peças artesanais de couro legítimo e acessórios personalizados. Portanto:

  • Não realizamos trocas ou devoluções de itens sob medida ou personalizados.

  • Trocas são aceitas somente para itens à pronta entrega, em perfeito estado e sem sinais de uso.

2. Prazos

  • Solicitação de troca ou devolução: até 7 (sete) dias corridos após o recebimento.

  • Após este prazo, não será possível realizar trocas ou devoluções.

3. Procedimento

  • A solicitação deve ser feita pelo e-mail: toymakercouros@gmail.com.

  • É obrigatório o envio de fotos detalhadas do produto e da embalagem.

  • O item deve ser devolvido na embalagem original, com etiqueta e sem indícios de uso.

4. Custos

  • Custos de envio na primeira troca: por conta do Studio Toymaker.

  • Demais trocas: custos de envio por conta do cliente.

5. Ressarcimentos
O ressarcimento será efetuado conforme o meio de pagamento utilizado, após a análise e aprovação das condições do produto devolvido.

What to Include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
